today is Day 2 without cigarettes. a little early to brag, but yesterday alone was a staggering accomplishment: without the aid of a nicotine patch or gum or any such thing (though i've been taking wellbutrin for a while now), i managed not to go buy a pack of cigarettes despite some pretty intense pangs throughout the evening.

today: ok at work. gotta get through the night again though. damn.
